After opening representative offices in Cambodia and Myanmar in the middle of 2014, VNPT had officially put into operation in Laos. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ho Cong Lam, Deputy Director of VNPT-International emphasized: "With the opening of the representative office in Laos, we believe strongly that the existing cooperation between VNPT and Laos’ partners will be raised to a new level, contributing to the cooperation between Laos and Viet Nam".
VNPT-International is a member unit of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, one of the largest international telecommunications operators in Viet Nam, directly providing services: international private leased circuit (IPLC), IPLC transit, international virtual private network (IP/VPN), etc. This event marked its milestone in its international market penetration, especially in the ASEAN market.
On this occasion, VNPT-International had signed a number of cooperation agreements with Laos’ partners such as Sky Telecom and ISP Planet./.
