At the meeting, Minister Truong Minh Tuan said, in recent years, Vietnam and Slovakia had developed their strong cooperations. Vietnam always attaches importance to the dissemination of information on Vietnam's image abroad.
Minister Truong Minh Tuan said Vietnam wanted to become an advanced ICT country. Three main telecommunications operators of Vietnam: VNPT Group, Viettel, MobiFone own strong infrastructure and Vietnam is creating conditions for businesses expand its operation to overseas markets.
Mr. Le Hong Quang informed Minister Truong Minh Tuan about Slovakia's situation and IT sector, which is strongly developed and hoped Vietnam’s operators could establish network businesses in Slovakia in the near future.
Mr. Le Hong Quang also said, on the work of his position, he would try all his best to promote cooperation between two countries.
In June, MIC will organize a photo exhibition on Vietnam and an IT Forum in Slovakia, a place for IT enterprises of the two countries to meet, exchange and share their experiences.
