The Department of Posts is a ministerial unit which performs the regulatory functions over the postal and delivery sector in accordance with the law.
Department of Posts has its tasks and powers according to Decision 1518/QD-BTTTT dated 22 October 2014 of the Minister of Information and Communications prescribing the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of Department of Posts.
