Minister Nguyen Manh Hung meets Xinhua News Agency
On October 15, at the Headquarter of the Ministry of Information and Communications, Central Committee Member, Minister of Information and Communications, Deputy Head of Central Committee for Propaganda and Education Nguyen Manh Hung had a meeting with the delegation of Xinhua News Agency led by Vice President of China’s Xinhua News Agency Zhang Sutang.
At the meeting, Minister Nguyen Manh Hung welcomed Vice President of China’s Xinhua News Agency Zhang Sutang and the delegation. The Minister highly appreciated the development of Xinhua News Agency, especially in the field of IT application. That is what Vietnam, especially Vietnam News Agency needs to learn experiences.
Vice President Zhang Sutang thanked the Minister Nguyen Manh Hung and the Ministry of Information and Communications for his time with the delegation. He said, Xinhua News Agency and Vietnam News Agency often exchange experiences for mutual development.
The two news agencies have had many positive cooperation in recent years. The two sides regularly exchange information, support journalists, cooperate in training,.. which have contributed significantly to the propaganda of external policies of each country, enhancing the friendship between the two Parties and the understanding between the two peoples of Vietnam and China.
