Mr. Pham Hong Hai be appointed Deputy Minister of Information and Communications

On February, 10th, 2015, in Ha Noi, authorized by the Prime Minister, Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Bac Son officially handed out the decision appointing Mr. Pham Hong Hai to be Deputy Minister of Information and Communications.

Previously, on February, 08th, 2015, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 200/QD-TTg appointed Mr. Pham Hong Hai, General Director of Viet Nam Telecommunications Authority as Deputy Minister of Information and Communications. Mr. Pham Hong Hai had held many positions including: Deputy Director of the Office of Department General of Posts and Telecommunications, Director of Policy Department – Department General of Posts and Telecommunications, Director of Telecommunications Department  and General Director of Viet Nam Telecommunications Authority of Ministry of Information and Communications.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Minister Nguyen Bac Son confirmed Mr. Pham Hong Hai being one of the basic trained officers, had held many positions, especially in the field of Telecommunications. Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Bac Son hoped that in the new position, Deputy Minister Pham Hong Hai would try with all his capabilities and together with leaders of the Ministry as well as the whole Information and Communication Sector to complete political assigned tasks, perform effectively the state management functions in the sectors under the jurisdiction of the Ministry.

Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Pham Hong Hai honored and expressed his wish to continue to receive the guidance and support of the leaders of the Ministry and Ministry’s agencies to complete the assigned tasks.
