Department of Emulation and Commendation
The Department of Emulation and Commendation is a ministerial unit which performs the advisory and regulatory functions over the activity of emulation and commendation in the fields of information and communications in accordance with the provisions of laws.
The Department of Emulation and Commendation has its tasks and powers according to Decision 1456/QD-BTTTT dated 8 October 2014 of the Minister of Information and Communications prescribing the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Emulation and Commendation.
