Department of Enterprise Management

The Department of Enterprise Management is a ministerial which performs the advisory and regulatory functions in the implementation of its state-owners rights, responsibilities and obligations to the state enterprises and the state invested capital in enterprises which are established or assigned by the Ministry (hereinafter referred as enterprises under the Ministry); performs  the advisory and regulatory functions over enterprises and collective and private economic companies operating in the field of information and communications.

The Department of Enterprise Management has its tasks and powers according to Decision 1288/QD-BTTTT dated 10 September 2014 of the Minister of Information and Communications prescribing the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Enterprise Management.
