Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information

The Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information is a ministerial unit which performs the advisory and regulatory functions over the fields of broadcasting, television and electronic information, including: broadcasting, television, electronic information pages, social networks, online games.

The Authority of Broadcasting, Television and Electronic Information shall have its legal status, owned seal and account in accordance with the provision of law, its headquarter is located in Hanoi.

 

The Authority of Broadcasting, Television and Electronic Information has its tasks and powers according to Decision 698/QD-BTTTT dated 10 May 2017 of the Minister of Information and Communications prescribing the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of Authority of Broadcasting, Television and Electronic Information.
