DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND FINANCE

Department of Planning and Finance is a ministerial unit which performs the regulatory functions over the sector’s strategy, planning and development plan; plans for development investment, estimates of the State budget revenue and expenditure; Public investment programs, economic and technical norms and financial, planning and statistical tasks; Management of capital construction investment; Economic management of public services; specialized economic management within the Information and Communications sectors.

Department of Planning and Finance has its tasks and powers according to Decision 759/QD-BTTTT dated 20 May 2015 of the Minister of Information and Communications prescribing the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of Department of Planning and Finance.
