Department of Posts
The Department of Posts is a ministerial unit which performs the advisory and regulatory functions over the posts and delivery sector in accordance with the law.
The Department of Posts has its tasks and powers according to Decision 1438/QD-BTTTT dated 30 August 2017 of the Minister of Information and Communications prescribing the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of Department of Posts.
