The Government of Vietnam in general and the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) in particular are very concerned about ensuring information security in order to build a secure network environment.
MIC supports cooperation activities with international partners having strengths and experiences in the field of e-government, digital services and national security.
The Deputy Minister expressed his hope that the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Finnish Information Security Agency hold a workshop to develop a project proposal by the end of 2018 and submit it to the Finnish Government for approval. This project is part of the Finnish ODA.
Ambassador Kari Kahiluoto agreed with Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Hung and hoped the project would be completed on schedule and approved by the deadline.
