"Vietnam - the rendezvous of Cambodia in 2017" is the theme of the exhibition opened in Phnom Penh, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the diplomatic relation between the two countries.
Attending the opening ceremony was the Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Hoang Vinh Bao, representatives of the Embassy of Vietnam, Vietnamese community and businesses.
This is one of the events held in Cambodia to introduce an overall view of the political, economic, cultural and diplomatic relationship since the two countries established diplomatic relation in 1967.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister Hoang Vinh Bao said, the exhibition introduced Vietnam to the Cambodian people to promote the traditional friendship and multifaceted cooperation as well as the mutual understanding between the two peoples.
Nearly 300 selected photographs and more than 100 excellent materials bring to audiences a better understanding of the country of Vietnam, a country rich in history and traditions, being on the path of development and integration.
