Minister Truong Minh Tuan receives Hungarian Ambassador

On June 20, at the headquarters of the Ministry, Minister Truong Minh Tuan received Mr. Ory Csaba, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary in Vietnam.

At the meeting, Minister Truong Minh Tuan appreciated the traditional cooperation between Vietnam and Hungary. It’s the favorable factor for the two countries to strengthen and expand bilateral cooperation in general and in the field of ICT in particular.
 
The Minister highly appreciated Hungary's experience and development in telecommunications, IT, especially information security. Minister Truong Minh Tuan suggested that Hungary supported and shared experiences in management policies, big data database, Internet of Things (IoT), ICT solutions and applications in public administration, information security, e-government, smart cities, etc. In addition to strengthening cooperation in the field of telecommunications, IT and information security, the press, publishing and broadcasting will be strengthened by the two sides to exchange and share information, introduce the image of the countries and peoples of Vietnam and Hungary through fairs, book exhibitions held in each country, thereby contributing to enhance the friendship and understanding between the two peoples.
 
The Minister welcomed and facilitated Hungarian businesses to participate in projects of e-government, information security, smart cities and so on.
 
The Hungarian Ambassador greatly applauded Minister Truong Minh Tuan's proposals in the field of telecommunications, IT, information security, press and publishing. He expressed his hope that the two countries would cooperate and share experiences in management policies and solutions for the application of ICT in public administration and information security, especially promoting the propagation of the image of the two countries and peoples.
