FPT affirms position of the biggest Vietnamese IT company in the eyes of domestic and international partners.
It is considered as the biggest IT project of the Myanmar Government and sponsored by the World Bank.
Particularly, the contract is a part of modernization projects of public financial management of the Myanmar Government which will provide equipments, install and adopt data center to Ministry of Finance and Planning of Myanmar in Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon capital.
In order to win the IT contract, the company defeated against 12 other leading entrepreneurs from China, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar etc etc…
The IT contract will not only open FPT's cooperation chances in field of public finance but also affirm position of the biggest Vietnamese IT company in the eyes of domestic and international partners.
Earlier, FPT has been selected to conduct major IT projects in Myanmar such as Myanmar National Financial Switching System, National Electronic Information Portal, ERP system for UPG - Myanmar's largest paint company.
With a population of 54 million people and strong international integration, Myanmar has become the second important market of FPT in the developing countries after Bangladesh.
