This working visit took place under the cooperation program on culture and art between the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism of and the Lao MICT in the 2009- 2011 period.
During the talks, Minister Le Doan Hop affirmed that Vietnam would support Laos in developing the field of information and communications.
The innovation in organization of Lao MICT was announced by Mr. Bosengka Vongdara to Minister Hop in Lao MICT’s first visit to Viet Nam.
Both ministers also discussed cooperation plan in the future. Both sides plan to cooperate in various fields, including journalism, publication, film making ect.
