Subject: Festival of Photos – Reportage – Documentary Film on the countries and people in ASEAN Community 2010
The Ministry of Information and Communications of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (MIC) presents its compliments to ASEAN-COCI National Secretariats and has the honour to inform the Regulations of Festival of Photos – Reportage – Documentary Film on the countries and people in ASEAN Community 2010 in Vietnam, which was approved at the 10th Conference of the ASEAN Ministers Responsible For Information in Laos from 2 to 7 November 2009.
Hereby, Vietnam would like to invite organizations, group of authors or individuals who own ASEAN-country citizenship to participate in this Festival.
All entries should be introduced by the Sub-Committee on Culture (SCC) or Sub-committee on Information (SCI) from the member state that author owns citizenship and should reflect ASEAN countries and people, process of solidarity, cooperation and development in ASEAN Community (the detailed regulations attached).
The Ministry of Information and Communications avails itself of this opportunity to renew the ASEAN-COCI National Secretariats the assurances of its highest consideration.
