The Authority of Publication, Printing and Distribution is a ministerial Unit which performs the advisory and regulatory functions in the field of publication, printing (all kinds of printing) and distribution of publications.
The Authority of Publication, Printing and Distribution shall have its legal status, owned seal and account in accordance with the provision of law, its headquarter is located in Hanoi.
The Authority of Publication, Printing and Distribution has its tasks and powers according to Decision 1278/QD-BTTTT dated 9 September 2014 of the Minister of Information and Communications prescribing the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of Authority of Publication, Printing and Distribution .
