Department of International Cooperation is a ministerial unit which performs the regulatory functions over external relations, international integration and cooperation in the fields of Information and Communications.

Department of International Cooperation has its tasks and powers according to Decision 964/QD-BTTTT dated 11 July 2014 of the Minister of Information and Communications prescribing the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of Department of International Cooperation.
